It is often the case that you don’t really know who or what you are looking for. I can reassure you: that’s normal. That’s why you have me. After around 15 years in recruiting , I feel I know every possible constellation of teams, tasks, functions and requirements. But what I understand best: personalities. So you need reinforcements – even if you don’t have a clear picture of them yet? I’ll draw it for you.

My focus areas are technical topics, e.g. the search for engineers, project or program managers, sales people etc. from the following sectors Armaments & defense, electrical engineering, communications engineering, energy storage technologies/authorities, consulting and related areas. If you’re not quite sure whether I’m the right person for your vacancy: just ask. I’ll answer honestly – even if that means a “no”.  

Of course, I also take on projects that are to be conducted in English .

Activity in Exceutive Search has no fault tolerance. None. Accordingly, I understand the absolutely discreet, reliable and precisely organized approach of the search. It goes without saying that I document cleanly and work in full compliance with the law. As soon as we agree that you would like to enter into dialog with a candidate on the basis of convincing paperwork and preliminary discussions, we plan together how to proceed. Just as it suits you.

Of course, if you are a recruitment consultancy, I can also “only” take on the search (“active sourcing” or “research”) for you. I carry this out as intensively and carefully as I do for my own projects. After all, my name is always on the contact form. And I always want this to be associated with the best quality – and I guess that goes for you too.

My workflow:

Mindset

I see myself as a consultant. I do the work - not you. I take care of all the work "behind the curtain". All you have to do is decide which candidate wins the race and becomes your colleague. That's it.

Preparation

You explain to me in detail who you are, how your team works and who we need. I'll warn you right away: I'll have questions. Lots of questions.

Active search

Using all the tools of the research trade, I will find the right target companies and potential new colleagues for you.

Support & project completion

As your point of contact to the candidate, I will support you in word and deed until the project is completed - and beyond.

Potential analysis

This is about people. Over the years, I have met every (and I mean every) candidate that I have presented to a company. We have analyzed their personality, identified their strengths and weaknesses and worked on them. The potential analysis can be part of a recruiting process or can be done on its own.

For you as my client – i.e. a company looking for employees – this service is included in an abbreviated form in a joint recruiting project. If you would like a much more detailed potential analysis, please contact me. I will then conduct an approx. 1.5-hour dialog only on the personality, strengths and weaknesses of potential candidates, existing or future employees and people you are interested in. Of course only with their consent.  

If you would like a neutral, professional view of yourself and your public image, I would also be happy to carry out your own potential analysis.
