You may be facing the challenge of having to – or wanting to – look for a new job. I know that there are tasks along the way that take a lot of effort. This can be having to come to terms with your strengths and potential, either because you were unhappy in your job or because you were dismissed with strong criticism and want to understand this better. Or to work through your documents, find the right jobs for you, create attractive cover letters…and much more. You’ll see: it’s not as bad as it looks. In the so-called “potential analysis” we look at your strengths and potentials; I also offer coaching on a larger (“My 361° coaching”) or smaller (“Can you just…?”) scale.

Or perhaps I have approached you as a candidate for an open position on a recruiting platform such as Xing or LinkedIn. Potential analysis
This is about people. Over the years, I have met every (and I mean every) candidate that I have presented to a company. We analyzed their personality, identified their strengths and weaknesses and worked on them.
For you as my candidate – i.e. a private individual who wants to develop in your current job or is looking for a new challenge – this know-how is probably quite helpful. In an approximately 1.5hr long dialog, we will look closely at the following aspects: Personality, work and team behavior, leadership behavior, strengths and weaknesses, verbal and non-verbal communication, ideas and expectations of the job market, problems in past positions, adequate salary expectations…and anything else that interests you.
If you would like a neutral, professional view of yourself and your public image, I will be happy to analyze your potential.
You will be surprised.

My 361° - Coaching
I often hear that people put up with their job more than they enjoy it. In view of the fact that you generally devote 9 hours or more a day to your work, this can really reduce your quality of life.
And even if you don’t get stomach cramps straight away, but live by the “I get my money on the 1st” motto: there’s still room for improvement. You don’t have to be unhappy in your job these days: there are so many fantastic opportunities. I can help you discover them for yourself. And if you end up staying with your current employer: that’s absolutely fine. Because then we’ll have realized that it’s the right thing for you after all.
The initial consultation is of course free of charge.

For all smaller issues relating to your application documents I am your contact person – also on a one-off basis and if you are looking for a new position on your own initiative and do not need comprehensive coaching.
Nevertheless, it can help immensely in the application process if your CV meets current standards. Or you can write your cover letter. However, you may also find tips on conducting interviews, preparing for job interviews, negotiating with future employers, the correct wording of important e-mails or documents – othe trivial certification of your documents,
So if you need help with “how do I say this correctly?”, please contact me. I will be happy to help you put the finishing touches to your documents – and relieve you of unloved work!

Notarizations
I studied languages at some point and am therefore allowed to certify translations, as I can call myself a "publicly appointed and sworn translator". However, I no longer translate myself, but I'm sure my colleagues will be happy to take over. However, if your documents have already been translated and only the stamp is missing, I can and may issue it.
