Flexible & fair
And what does it all cost? I would also want to know beforehand.
In principle, I only make a binding assessment of all projects once I have looked into them and the costs involved. However, there are definitely a few key points.
Recruiting project:
25% of the gross annual salary of the placedcandidates within trial projects or framework contracts
28%-30% of the gross annual salary of the placed candidate within individual projects
Billing by time:
Hourly rate: 104,00EUR
Daily rate: 800,00EUR
Billing by time:
Hourly rate: 104,00EUR
Daily rate: 800,00EUR
25% – 30% of the gross annual salary of the placed candidate within individual projects according to agreement & the framework of our cooperation
….or a mixture of both. For more information, simply read on below.
…………………
To summarize:
As soon as I have fully understood your request, I will provide you with a binding cost estimate. So you always know what you have to pay and when.
Please note that you must also factor in the corresponding VAT of 19%, which I will pass on to the tax office unseen. For detailed information, simply read on below.
The important thing is: I always remain flexible and fair, because I care about more than my fee – namely our joint success. Let’s just talk about everything.

Recruiting - for companies

Advice - for candidates
We discuss your search, your desired profile, the complexity of the vacancy, your urgency – and your dream candidate. Then I screen the market and estimate the expected effort for your project as accurately as possible. You will be surprised how often a search is much less work than you initially think.
We will then agree on a total price. For a non-binding introduction: This is between 25% and 30% of the gross annual salary of your new colleague. The final fee also depends on the scope of our collaboration: as the training for a representative search with new clients is quite time-consuming and I also have to familiarize myself with your company first, the price is simply higher. If we want to commit to each other in the long term, so we know each other well and all the documents have already been prepared, the total fee naturally drops.
As a rule, I work with a 3 installment system: payment of the 1st installment upon assignment, the 2nd installment upon presentation of the first suitable candidate, the 3rd installment upon signing of the employment contract.
Sometimes, however, it makes sense to calculate only one rate (“upfront”) and the remaining work at an hourly rate, as this arrangement best represents the actual work involved and is very often fairest for both sides.
I am also happy to provide support “only” in active sourcing, i.e. the search as support for larger recruitment consultancies. In this case, I charge a flat rate of EUR 7,500 for a candidate with a gross annual salary of up to EUR 200,000 and EUR 10,000 for candidates with a higher income, i.e. EUR 200,000.
However, these are only intended as a guide. W e will come together, I’m sure of that.
This aspect includes all activities of comprehensive coaching or support with documents or individual aspects of the job search.
In this set-up, I regularly work at an hourly rate of €104.00, although we can also discuss adjusted conditions depending on the duration/volume of the collaboration , especially in large consulting projects (“My 361° Coaching”).
Potential analysis
Personal or virtual meeting plus follow-up meeting/coaching: €250.00
Compilation of an additional written analysis: €150.00
A brief written analysis is included in the price of a recruiting project.
Notarization fee
In order to convert a colleague’s translations into official documents, I have to work through them completely and then certify them. I charge an hourly rate of €104.00 for proofreadingand €35 per certification stamp.
