My CV is a bit eventful and sounds a bit adventurous in itself.
After graduating (equivalent to today’s Bachelor’s degree) in translation and interpreting in 2007, I worked for 8 years in a German federal authority.
I left with the award of “Formal Recognition for Services to the Federal Republic of Germany” + top marks.
During my time in the public sector, I constantly worked as a freelance translator so as not to lose touch with the freelance sector and to further develop my translation skills. By chance, I served more and more clients in the field of personnel consulting/recruiting, so that in 2015 my permanent client became my employer. Over the next 4.5 years, I was able to develop into a consultant at the consulting boutique AMBLANK JUNG GmbH in Berlin.
After more than four years in this small but excellent company, I needed a breath of fresh air, which I got in the role of “Principal” at PERM4 | Permanent Recruiting in Berlin.
For personal reasons, I will be retiring from full-time recruiting in the fall of 2020 and will be working full-time in fundraising. However, there will still be enough time for your orders. And that is precisely why you are here today.
