Fees
We discuss every aspect of the vacancy, I assess the market and estimate the effort. Since my fee is based on the salary of the filled position, the exact amount is calculated precisely and fairly at the end.
Executive Search
from 25%
of gross annual salary*
25% under a framework agreement or for a trial project, 28–30% as a single project.
Sourcing & Screening
from €1,000

Roughly one gross monthly salary of the candidate.
Social Media Recruiting
from €4,000
per campaign*

Where billing by time makes more sense:
€118 per hour, €850 per day.*
Payment in three instalments
- 1st instalment – when the mandate is placed
- 2nd instalment – when the first suitable candidate is presented
- 3rd instalment – when the employment contract is signed
