Career path
A path with substance.
After graduating in translation and interpreting in 2007 (equivalent to today's bachelor's degree), I spent 8 years working at a German federal authority.
I left with the distinction “Formal Recognition for Services to the Federal Republic of Germany” and a top performance review.
Throughout my time in the public sector, I worked as a freelance translator to stay connected to the private sector.
Through numerous referrals and a steadily growing network, I took on more and more clients in executive search and recruiting.
In 2015, one of my regular clients eventually became my employer. Over the next 4.5 years, I worked my way up to Consultant at the boutique consultancy AMBLANK JUNG GmbH in Berlin. I then gained further experience as “Principal” at PERM4 | Permanent Recruiting in Berlin.
In autumn 2020, I changed direction for personal reasons and worked in fundraising for environmental and species protection.
Until early 2024, I combined several roles, including building up in-house recruiting for sustainable products – in particular battery storage for renewable energy.
Since early 2024, I have been fully self-employed and work exclusively as a freelancer.
In March 2025, I converted my sole proprietorship into its final legal form, a GmbH (limited company).

The forest, not the conference room.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me out tracking with my German hunting terrier girl, "Chilly".
